"Money Talk$" - Wagyu Fat Washed Bourbon Cocktail



Why on Earth would I drink a Wagyu Fat Washed cocktail? Because it's F***king delicious, that's why. After exploring the art of Wagyu Fat-Washed Bourbon in a previous blog post, it's time to take the next step and craft a sensational cocktail that will leave you and your friends speechless. With a show stopping ingredient such as Wagyu Fat Washed Bourbon, we want make a cocktail that will really let the bourbon have its well deserved moment. "Money Talk$," a unique concoction that combines the richness of Wagyu fat-washed bourbon with the aromatic infusion of garlic and rosemary, topped off with the nuanced flavor of walnut bitters.


Ingredients:

  • 2oz Wagyu Fat Washed Bourbon

  • 0.25oz garlic & rosemary infused simple syrup

  • 2 dashes of walnut bitters

  • Garlic clove (garnish)

  • Sprig of rosemary (garnish)

How to make it:

  1. Prepare Your Mixing Glass: In a mixing glass, add ice to set the stage for the harmonious blend of flavors.
